Chan Yoon Kim, O.D.

Dr. Chan Yoon Kim, O.D. (Dr. CK), originally from South Korea, graduated with honors in Biology from Georgia Tech and earned a Master’s degree in Biomedical Science from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He furthered his education at the Southern College of Optometry, where he obtained his doctoral degree.

Dr. CK completed externships at Georgia Eye Partners and Clayton Eye Center and finished his residency in ocular disease at Clayton Eye Center, refining his skills in diagnosing conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic eye diseases, and macular degeneration.

Additionally, he treats dry eye diseases and provides comprehensive eye exams with prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses, as well as surgical co-management.

Dr. Chan Yoon Kim has participated in mission trips to Kenya and Mexico several times.

Outside of work, Dr. CK enjoys working out at the gym and spending time with his wife, Seoyeon, and daughter, Violet.
